I took my stock Epiphone Les Paul and set out to create Jimmy Page’s Number One! I dropped new GFS Classic II Alnico 2 Humbuckers in. I installed the Jimmy Page wiring modification and replaced all electonics. I used ALPS push-pull pots, a switchcraft jack, and a heavy duty toggle switch. I also copper-shielded the cavities. Each of the 4 knobs has a push-pull switch, includes: coil-split neck pup, coil-split bridge pup, put humbucks in/out of phase, put humbucks in parallel/series. I also recently replaced all of the hardware: screws, strap buttons, nuts, washers, etc.

I bought this used off of a luthier, so it is setup near perfect with nice low action. Intonation is spot on. And stays in tune wonderfully thanks to the Grover tuners. The neck is straight with no pitting or wear. Frets are smooth and level. The neck plays like butter.

There are some normal dings to the body as is expected with a used instrument. The biggest flaws are (see pics): buckle rash, pea-sized chip on back of body, and an old strap button hole filled with wood filler.

Guitar will be shipped in the included Gig Bag, and packed well in a large box.
